On 22nd and 23rd March, Harrow International School Beijing will host a Business Studies conference. On Monday 22nd March students will gather at Grassetown from 9am - 3pm to participate in practical activities and learn how to achieve top grades in Business Studies. The day will focus on the general skills required for Business Studies, making it relevent regardless of examination board. On Tuesday 23rd March there will be a teacher's conference held at Anzhenxili from 9am to 3pm, which will focus on techniques for teaching Business Studies, including resources, revision exercises and case study material. Both days offer students and teachers the chance to meet Ian Marcouse and benefit from his extensive knowledge, both as a teacher and as Chair of Strategy at Edexcel with responsibility for Business Studies and Economics at GCSE and A Level. Clare Wallace, Head of ICT at Harrow Beijing, will also be speaking to teachers about the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and how it can be used to boost students' grades.
