微风吹起校旗，操场上响起加油的声音。一年一度的哈罗环校跑再次启程。在哈罗北京，这不只是一场运动盛会，更是一场心与心的接力。每一次迈步、每一声呐喊，都是“勇气、荣誉、谦和、互助”的最好注解。当学生、家长与老师们并肩奔跑，我们看见了哈罗精神最温暖的模样。 传统之源从伦敦哈罗山出发的 Long DuckerLong Ducker 源自英国哈罗公学的慈善长跑传统。历史上，哈罗的学生、教师、校友与家长会沿着约翰·里昂修建的哈罗路，从伦敦市中心的大理石拱门奔向哈罗山，并以赞助义跑的方式为公益筹款。 如今，这一传统在哈罗各校区延续，并根据不同社区的地理与体能特点设置路线与距离，核心精神始终如一：以运动牵起公益与社区的纽带。一年又一年，我们用奔跑致敬传统，用汗水凝聚力量，在一次次跨越终点线的瞬间，见证学生、家长与老师们携手同行、彼此成就的时刻。 慈善同行与“北京仁育苑”携手 今年，我们将这份温度延伸得更远——与哈罗北京有深厚渊源的公益伙伴北京仁育苑自闭症儿童关爱中心的孩子们也加入了这场爱与奔跑的盛会。该中心由曾经的哈罗北京家长创办，致力于为2–8岁的特需困境儿童（包括残障孤儿）提供教育康复与心理疏导的融合式全日照护，帮助他们与家庭更好地融入社会。 活动当天，仁育苑的孩子们与哈罗北京的师生们并肩前行，在掌声与欢呼中，用真挚的笑容诠释了“人人参与”的体育精神。学校还为参与的儿童准备了精美礼物，校长 Phil Akerman 先生在现场向孩子与老师致意，传递来自哈罗社区的温度与支持。 创意与热爱让校园奔跑更有温度 值得一提的是，本次 Harrow Ducker 的纪念T恤由学生独立设计完成。从最初的概念草图、色彩搭配，到最终的成稿呈现，每一步都凝聚着学生的创意灵感与团队协作。 开跑当天，所有参赛的学生与教职员工穿上这件特别的T恤，在阳光下汇成了一道充满活力、统一且极具哈罗辨识度的风景线。这不仅是一场赛事的视觉记忆，更是学生主理校园活动、用创意表达哈罗精神的精彩注脚。 赛场之外，学生自发设立慈善义卖摊位，为跑者与观众提供暖心茶饮、饮用水与能量补给。当天义卖与募捐所得将全部捐赠给仁育苑，用于推进学校的慈善合作项目与社区公益行动。 在哈罗北京，我们鼓励学生将“公益”理解为一种持续的生活方式——它可以从一次奔跑开始，也可以延伸为一次策划、一次服务，或是一场真诚的关怀。 公益服务与社区参与，是哈罗全人教育中不可或缺的部分。在今年的 Harrow Ducker 中，学生不只是“跑者”，更是组织者、服务者与讲述者。 他们在真实的体验中学习团队协作，感受责任与关怀，也逐步塑造出更完整的自我画像：自律、坚韧、同理心、领导力与合作精神并重。这些品质，正是世界顶尖大学最为重视的素养与证据。同时，Harrow Ducker 也让学生们把课堂上的理念带入真实世界——用行动影响社区，用责任赢得信任。 Keon A十二年级学生“能为慈善机构的孩子们尽一份力，我既开心也觉得荣幸。跑到最后一圈时，身边的人不断为我加油鼓掌，那一刻我非常激动，仿佛所有的努力都有了回应。和同学、朋友并肩奔跑、互相鼓励，我们在一次次配速与冲刺中建立起特别牢固的友谊。” 家长并肩以身作则与往年不同，今年家长按不同年龄段分组参赛，许多家长在哈罗的赛道上挑战自我，甚至刷新了个人最佳成绩（PB）。当孩子目睹父母与老师一起热身、出发、冲线，体育精神便不再抽象；“终身运动”的价值，也在一次家庭共同完成的里程中变得可见、可学、可传承。哈罗北京的校园文化，正是在这种跨代同场、彼此激励的时刻中不断累积。 Liam C小学部体育组组长Luis G中学组体育组组长“作为小学部与中学部体育组长，我们非常高兴今年的 Harrow Ducker 圆满成功。从前期数周的筹备与学生主导的积极参与，到活动当天热烈的现场氛围，使得本次活动再次成为哈罗北京校园年度盛事之一，完美展现了体育精神与社区凝聚力。 本次活动最令人感动的地方之一，是它连接了整个校园社区。幼儿园的孩子们参与了趣味十足、符合年龄特点的小跑活动，在愉快的氛围中体验运动的乐趣，培养了自信、团队精神与坚韧品质；小学部与中学部的学生们则迎来了他们迄今最长的跑步挑战，在决心与自豪中奔跑。这也是一次榜样时刻——年长学生为年幼孩子加油鼓励，传递出关爱与包容的校园文化。 同样重要的是，这项活动不仅有助于提升学生的体能，更促进了心理健康。它为学生提供了设立个人目标、克服挑战、享受运动的机会——在一个非竞争性、充满支持的环境中，体会运动的快乐。这种共享的成就感是强大的动力，也帮助他们建立起终身积极的健康与健身态度。 Harrow Ducker 如今已成为家校之间的一座桥梁。无论家长是在赛道上与孩子并肩奔跑、在场边热情助威、担任志愿者，还是协助抽奖募捐，大家都在这一天共同体验了归属感与共同目标的力量。 家庭的参与是学校成功的重要因素，而这样的活动让彼此的联系更加紧密——尤其是当它支持着像仁育苑这样有意义的慈善项目时。我们对整个社群展现出的热情与慷慨深表感激！” 体育是哈罗北京校园社区文化建设与发展的重点方向。环校跑之后，我们还将陆续推出“爸爸足球队”、家校羽毛球联赛等体育活动，把“运动＋公益＋社区”的正向循环在全年延续。 愿每一次挥汗都从赛道回到日常，让每一份热爱与善意，继续在哈罗北京的校园里生长，影响更广阔的世界！ […]
